Heather Mantranga

Heather is the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Village Capital, where she identifies and incubates innovative approaches to support and catalyze more investment into early-stage, high impact entrepreneurs. In this role, Heather has led Village Capital's support for startups in MENA. Prior to joining the team, Heather worked as an attorney advisor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
